Integrated Water Resources Management of Uganda

Dr. Mark Henry Rubarenzya, is an Ugandan hydrologist. He will be visiting the University of California Santa Barbara May 19-23 as an ASCE International Fellow. His visit provides GRA’s Central Coast Branch with a rare opportunity to host an international speaker. Dr. Rubarenzya will discuss his practical experience in the international water resources sector as a consultant, a civil servant, and a researcher.
