One of GRA's goals is to educate
the public on groundwater issues and the importance of
protecting our water supplies. We therefore extend our
educational outreach to the public by offering our technical
expertise by answering questions that students or other
members of the public may have on groundwater resources.
The program is loosely modeled after NASA's "Ask a Scientist"
program, which has students e-mail questions or concerns
to central database that transmits the question to a scientist
within their organization.
Questions should be submitted to GRA using the form below,
who will in turn direct it to one of our pool of water
resource experts. The specialist then responds to the
question within a few days of receiving a question. Selected
questions and answers may be posted on GRA's website and/or
included in the quarterly newsletter HydroVisions.
