Duties: With a career path that has demonstrated successful accomplishments in a water utility, this management level position (reports to GM) will assist in leading the Company and overseeing engineering, technical, and operations staff.

Qualifications: The selected candidate will have experience gained through a mid-management or higher position in a water utility, special district, city, county, or other similar agency. Eight years of increasingly responsible experience in potable water systems with two years in a management capacity. Bachelor's degree is required with major course work in business or public administration, engineering, or a related field. Must be a registered Professional Engineer or possess a State of California T2 Water Treatment Certificate and D4 Distribution Certificate.

Description: Regenesis, a global leader in the groundwater and soil remediation industry seeks a highly motivated individual with soil and groundwater remediation experience for an inside sales position. Candidate will serve as an Account Sales Manager and will work cooperatively with our outside sales team and technical services group to create innovative solutions for soil and groundwater remediation.

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for qualifying new opportunities and developing remedial solutions.
  • Position will handle remedial alternatives analysis and design preparation
  • Requires daily interaction with client engineers and scientists to determine site requirements and client expectations
  • Complete 30-40 phone calls per day
  • Some field work will be required
  • Competitive spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced consultative selling environment

Qualifications: Environmental Science, Hydrogeology or Engineering background with 1-3 yrs experience in the soil/groundwater remediation industry is preferred. Previous sales experience is desired.

Duties: The Nature Conservancy is seeking an accomplished water resources professional to help the Conservancy develop and implement water management strategies that better integrate ecosystem water needs into water management in California. As a member of the Conservancy's California Water Program, the Hydrologist/Water Resources Specialist will have a key role in shaping the Conservancy's water strategies in California's Central Valley, one of the most dynamic and challenging water management environments in the world. Here, the specialist will work with other Conservancy staff and outside partners, including agricultural and municipal water users, to develop and implement projects to secure water for habitat that supports migratory birds and other water-dependent species.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in hydrology, hydrogeology, geology, civil engineering, or related field and 4 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data on physical water processes and water management in arid or semi-arid landscapes of the western U.S. or similar environments.
  • Experience with hydrologic or other water resource modeling tools.
  • Experience leading and/or participating on cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working for or in cooperation with water agencies and interests in the western U.S.

Knowledge:

Duties: The primary responsibility of the this position is to work with clients, regulatory agencies, environmental and technical staff to prepare RCRA/ CERCLA documents and supporting technical studies for a large federal and private sector clients. Perform initial planning and final review of all documents, reports, presentations, technical memorandums, and other work products with a focus on environmental remediation and technical adequacy. qualifications: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Engineering, or a related field. P.E. registration is required. 10+ years of relevant environmental remediation experience. Possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and personnel. Solid business development skills; demonstrated ability to relate well to clients; and demonstrated presentation skills. Travel is required
