Bills 393 & 472: Hexavalent Chromium

| The text of each of these Bills is essentially the same, directing DHS to determine the levels of Chromium VI in the drinking water supplied by the public water systems in the San Gabriel Basin (AB 393) and the Chino Basin (SB 472). DHS must also assess the exposures and risks to the public of these levels and make a report on this to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2003. |
