Bill 460: Hexavalent Chromium
|
|
| Directs the Department of Health Services ("DHS") to investigate technologies that remove Chromium VI from drinking water. Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Fund for the purpose of such investigation. Directs DHS to conduct at least two demonstration projects of such technologies, one in Northern California and one in Southern California. |
