Stream Depletion through the SGMA Lens: Practical Solutions for a Complex Problem
The Groundwater Resources Association and the California Department of Water Resources present a workshop exploring the regulatory, policy, and technical aspects of depletions of interconnected surface water and practical solutions by water management agencies.
