The Groundwater Resources Association of California (GRA) is excited to invite you to join us in Hollywood as a sponsor at the fourth annual Western Groundwater Congress to be held September 13-15, 2020 in Burbank, CA.

ENSURING PERSONAL COMFORT:
At registration, you will have the opportunity to pick up a bracelet indicating your comfort level while interacting with your colleagues. Prefer to keep your distance? Pick up a red bracelet! Ready for handshakes and hugs? Grab that green! Somewhere in between? Yellow is your zone.
“I’m vaccinated” stickers and masks will also be available at registration, including a limited number of GRA logo masks so you can feel safe and still show off your support of GRA!
There is currently a mask mandate in place in LA County and we'll have both reuseable and disposable masks available for you!

MAXIMIZED SANITIZING & DISTANCING OPTIONS:
Sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance of each meeting room and all attendees will receive a personal hand sanitizer to carry with you! Meeting rooms will be sanitized at the beginning and end of each day. Though there are not currently distancing requirements in place, there will be sections of each meeting room set up with extra space between seats for those who still wish to keep a little extra distance.
 
CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGY:
We’ll be using technology this year to limit the amount of paper used, as well as to keep the event as contactless as possible. Charge up your phone! We’ll be using the Guidebook app to access the agenda, maps and all event info right there in your own hands. We’ll have plenty of signage to guide you throughout the space and QR codes for scanning to participate in trivia, the scavenger hunt and anything else you might need.
 
We are grateful to those of you who were able to stay engaged on a virtual level when getting together in-person wasn’t an option. We can’t wait to see you all in Burbank this September!

The online sponsor registration closes August 14, 2021. Registrations received after this day may not be included in printed conference documents.

Exhibit Schedule

The Exhibit Hall will be in the Academy Ballroom Foyer inside the Marriott Convention Center. Registration, all breakfasts, all breaks and 2 Receptions will be held in the Convention Center in order to provide maximum exposure to exhibitors.

Logo and Ad Deadlines

Ads for the onsite program are due August 20th, 2021
Ads for the Winter HydroVisions are due November 15th, 2021
Logos are due as soon as you register to ensure qualifying sponsors are having their logo displayed leading up to the conference. The deadline to be included in print materials is August 20th, 2021
