Deadlines and Details:
Please send a brief company bio (100 words or less, no paragraph breaks or bullets, please) and your company logo in an eps format to dgarrison@smithmooreassoc.com. If you do not have an eps version of your logo, a high resolution transparent PNG or vector-based PDF will suffice. Please contact David Garrison with any questions. Please note that we must have your logo and brief company bio before including your company info on the event website. Any logos or bios not received by August 25, 2018 will not be included in any program materials.
Exhibitors - If you plan to bring additional booth staff, please provide their names in the "Additional Booth Staff # Name" boxes when your register. Up to two additional staffers are allowed. Lunches and admission to the reception are not included for the additional booth staff but may be added on at registration at an additional cost.
