GRA Organizational Account 101

GRA Organizational Membership Instructions

 

Thank you for being a corporate member of GRA! We are grateful for your partnership. In order to effectively manage you employees, manage your main account, renew your membership and more, please use the instructions below.

 

Renew your organization account: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Click on the 'Renew Now' link in the yellow box at the top of the screen.
  3. Verify your company profile information is correct and click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Fill out the information for the invoice on the next screen, and click submit at the bottom when you're done. 

**If you would like to generate an invoice and not pay with a credit card at this time, you can select 'bill me' and you will be able to view and print one out on the following screen. 

Add a new member to your organization account: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Navigate to your 'information and settings' tab
  3. Select 'Company Employees'
  4. Copy your 'Company Employees Direct Link' to email it to your new employee, OR
  5. Invite them as a new member via the 'Invite new members' box. 

If your employee has an account with GRA already and needs to be connected to your company instead, please contact GRA Staff at staff@grac.org. 

 

Remove a MEMBER From YOUR ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Navigate to your 'information and settings' tab
  3. Select 'Company Employees'
  4. Scroll down the page and locate the employee you'd like to remove
  5. Click on the Gold Icon of a person with an 'x' next to them to remove them from your company account

 

Edit a MEMBER's information from your ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Navigate to your 'information and settings' tab
  3. Select 'Company Employees'
  4. Scroll down the page and locate the employee you'd like to update information for
  5. Click on the Pencil Icon next to their name to edit their profile information, OR
  6. Click on the arrow with a box icon to sign into that member's account to edit their information. 

 

Register a MEMBER for an event FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Navigate to your 'information and settings' tab
  3. Select 'Company Employees'
  4. Scroll down the page and locate the employee you'd like to update information for
  5. Click on the arrow with a box icon to sign into that member's account
  6. Once you have signed in, click on the 'Upcoming Events' link in the navigation bar to find the event you would like to register them for. 

 

Pay for A MEMBER's invoice FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT: 

  1. Sign into your GRA corporate account
  2. Navigate to your 'information and settings' tab
  3. Select 'Company Employees'
  4. Scroll down the page and locate the employee you'd like to update information for
  5. Click on the arrow with a box icon to sign into that member's account
  6. Once you have signed in, navigate to the 'Payments & History' tab
  7. Select the dollar bill icon to pay for the outstanding invoice.
